What is Bali Seaplane Charter, exactly?
Bali Seaplane Charter is a coordination desk operated by Juara Holding Group, an independent broker network founded in 2015. The desk arranges whole-aircraft seaplane charters with licensed Indonesian operators flying Cessna Caravan 208 EX Amphibian aircraft based at Ngurah Rai International Airport in South Bali.
We do not own, crew or maintain any aircraft. We are not an airline, not a certified air operator, and not affiliated with, endorsed by or a representative office of any named seaplane operator mentioned anywhere on this site. When you book through us, your flight is performed by a licensed third-party operator under that operator’s own air operator certificate, insurance and safety procedures.
What do the prices on this site actually mean?
Every figure you see here is a reference point, not a live quote. A public Bali rate card lists a full-aircraft scenic charter price and an indicative per-guest figure when guests share the aircraft, with airport fees and tax shown as separate line items. A different Indonesian seaplane operator publishes a return-charter example of a per-person rate under a resort-partnership structure. These are third-party published numbers current as of September 2026. We did not set them, and we cannot guarantee they still apply on the date you fly.

Your actual quote depends on your date, headcount, requested landing point, sea state on the day, positioning flights, and the operator’s own fee schedule. A quote is only firm once the operator confirms availability and you pay a deposit.
Is Bali Seaplane Charter an aircraft operator or a broker?
A broker, always. Your charter contract is between you and the licensed operator carrying out the flight, not between you and Bali Seaplane Charter. We coordinate the request, relay the quote, and stay in the loop through your travel dates. The operator’s own terms, insurance certificate and cancellation policy govern the flight itself.
Are the helicopter and route comparisons independently verified?
No. Comparator figures for helicopter charters, per-seat loops and inter-island transfers are cited from operator rate cards and travel-industry pricing published between 2025 and 2026, used here only to give you a sense of scale against seaplane charter costs. We have not audited these third parties’ books, and none of these comparator businesses are affiliated with Bali Seaplane Charter or Juara Holding Group.

Does this site give financial, legal or tax advice?
No. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and nobody at Juara Holding Group is a licensed adviser in any of those fields. Infrastructure references such as the Bali Maritime Tourism Hub at Benoa or the planned airport-to-Canggu tram are reported as announced plans and analyst forecasts, not completed projects, and should not be treated as investment guidance of any kind.
What happens to weather-dependent flights?
Seaplane flights depend on sea state, wind and daylight, not only rainfall. Amphibious aircraft can use both the runway and approved water points, but a landing zone still needs operator and aviation-authority approval plus a workable sea state on the day. Dry season, April through October, generally gives calmer water and clearer light; wet season, November through March, carries a higher cancellation risk. We cannot guarantee a flight will proceed as scheduled, and no page on this site promises a guaranteed outcome for a weather-dependent departure.
How do we handle your personal data?
We process the name, contact details and travel dates you submit through WhatsApp or email strictly to prepare and relay your charter enquiry to a licensed operator. For visitors in Indonesia, this handling follows Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), which requires a lawful basis for processing, data minimization and your right to request access, correction or deletion of your data.
For visitors from the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we apply the same GDPR-aware practices: we do not sell your data, we do not share it with unrelated third parties, and we retain it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking. To request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, email bd@juaraholding.com with your request.
What are the booking and liability terms?
- A quote shown by WhatsApp or email is indicative until the operator confirms a deposit.
- Deposit amounts, refund windows and rebooking terms are set by the operator performing your flight, not by Bali Seaplane Charter.
- If a flight is cancelled for weather, sea state or aviation-authority reasons, the operator’s own cancellation policy applies; we will relay the operator’s position to you promptly.
- Our liability is limited to our role as coordination desk. We are not liable for delay, cancellation, injury or loss arising from the operation of the aircraft itself, which sits with the licensed operator and its insurer.
- We do not publish or fabricate reviews, star ratings or awards for any operator on this site.
