Who operates this site
Bali Seaplane Charter is an independent coordination desk operated by Juara Holding Group (est. 2015). We do not own or operate any aircraft, and we are not affiliated with any named seaplane, helicopter or aviation operator. When you enquire through this site, we pass your request to licensed operators and venue partners so they can issue a quote and, if you confirm, carry out the flight. Every quote is indicative until a deposit is paid, and final pricing, aircraft assignment and flight approval sit with the operator, not with us.

If an operator needs a passport copy for manifest or immigration purposes at a resort or marina, that request and the document exchange happen directly with the operator, and we will tell you when that applies.

- To communicate with you. Contact details let us send quotes, confirm availability, and answer questions by WhatsApp or email.

A charter is confirmed only once an operator issues written pricing and a deposit is paid directly to that operator or through a payment link we send on their behalf. Flight timing, landing points and go/no-go decisions rest with the licensed operator and relevant authorities, based on aircraft availability, sea state, weather and safety approval — none of which we control. As an independent coordination desk, we are not a licensed operator, and we are not a financial, legal or tax adviser; we pass information between you and vetted licensed partners in good faith.
